  • How often are sessions?

Really as often as you need/want!

Many people choose to meet once a week, but others like to do every other week or even once a month!

If you are unsure, what is best for you we can discuss this in our consultation call

  • How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon. Feel free to ask if you're wanting or needing something different!

  • What if I can't afford your sliding scale?

Thats ok! Lets set up a call & see what we can do!

  • How do I pay you?

Venmo or Paypal is best, just leave an emoji in the description. I can also run a credit card if needed.

  • Do you take insurance?

Right now, no. I do hope to try to be paneled with at least NM Medicaid and plan to explore compensation rates at other insurances too

  • What is the difference between therapy & coaching?

     Therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and concerns. Some people get therapy elsewhere but meet with me for coaching.

     Coaching is focused on achieving wellness, career, or life goals to help you get unstuck and take action steps towards your goals and desires. Coaching helps individuals overcome life stressors and transitions.

     Therapy & Coaching often look like having a mental health provider encouraging & prompting you for deeper reflection, providing support in taking action steps, or offering a different perspective on a situation. The goal of this is to help you uncover more of your wants and needs, things that are often blocked by our trauma, self worth, programming from our upbringing, and even untangling what parts of your beliefs serve or block you.
